I completely agree with this. I recently made a necklace for myself that I call my gratitude necklace. I make it a point of every time I touch it, I have to find a reason to be grateful. It completely changes my entire perspective. I have also started taking with my daughter every night as we are getting ready for bed about what good things happened to her that day. She is only 2.5 so the conversation isn't that deep, but I think she gets it.
I like this idea.
We try to have at least one of these a day, but I think it would be easier to just incorporate it into Bedtime. I have a 2 1/2 year old and an 8 yr old. I talk a lot about being greatfull with my 8 year old. I think this would be great for him.

We do this almost every night too. My girls have always enjoyed it. It really is a nice part of our night time routine and has led to some really cool discussions.
I am a big LOA fan :) I believe that where ever we put our focus is what grows. I love how it's all about choices. The choice to focus on the positive, the choice to choose joy. The power of it, is amazing. There is nothing better, to me, than the feeling of being in alignment and watching the universe unfold. My friend Stacey says "the universe is conspiring to help you live your best life". It's so true and just trusting that and being open to it, is amazing!!

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
