Anything contributing to total body health taking into account the 'whole' person with all the systems and organs working together. Every little thing you do to one part of the body will affect all the others. Also, being holistic is helping to eliminate and prevent disease from developing by taking care of the body from the inside out. Keeping mind, body and spirit in balance is key to great health.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
I have been living a holistic model consistently for 13 years. I've been exposed to it my whole life.
a little about me
My husband and I are both chiropractors for about 10 years now. Our life is centered around God, family and health. We have 3 daughters, and had home waterbirths with all of them. We do not vaccinate our children, they have been given chiropractic adjustments since birth and have never been to a medical doctor or have had any kind of drug. They are so healthy, and we are blessed to be able to give them that gift so they may have a full quality life!
What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
