Hey, I was just reading about MTHFR genetic variations and difficult pregnancies, and HELLP Syndrome was mentioned. Have you heard about/researched this issue?

Hope you are doing well.

Yes, 7:30pm. I believe we'll do something in the SW area on 2/3.

I'd love to know the pizza place. Brixx seems to be very fresh, perhaps local ingredients. It was delicious and beautifully colorful when presented.

Hope to see you soon.

Hope you can join us for the MNO on 2/3, or the monthly gathering on 2/18 or 2/22!

Oh, Megan!! I'm so sad and sorry about losing the baby. I know you've been hoping for a pregnancy for a while now. What a shock. It sounds gut wrenching. Are you doing ok physically? I realize it is an emotional roller coaster hormonally on top of the emotional loss.

Can you just stop all activities and cocoon yourself with your family? I'm sure it is difficult to move toward anything at the moment.

Are you focusing on healing and nourishing your body (and soul). Do a lot of what fills you with comfort and love.

Sending you peace and healing energy.

Poison Ivy

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch?  I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
