Introductions
Lets take the time to introduce ourselves (or re-introduce) to each other!
I am Gina. I have three children. Harrison, age 12. Abby will be 8 in February (2010) and Jason just turned one.
I had the goal to nurse my first for 6 months and somehow 6 months turned into 6 years. When Harrisosn was a newborn, I never would have imagined I would nurse past one year but now I can not imagine having parented my children any other way.
I view nursing as an extension of parenting and believe in child-led weaning. I also believe that each mother needs to do what works for herself and her baby.

Poison Ivy
Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
