Living a healthy, natural, mindful life. Holistic living is a mindset as much as it is an action.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
About 4-5 years.
a little about me
I am a sahm to a 4-year-0ld and a 1-year old. We moved to NC 1 1/2 years ago and have found a lot NLFamilies around here, which I'm glad about. I love yoga, but don't do it as much as I'd like. Someday I want to teach it.
What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
I have worked as a life coach, although I'm not practicing at the moment. I do plan to pick up some clients within the next year -- as soon as I have a moment to catch my breath!
