Holistic health is an approach that takes into account the body, the mind and the spirit as they work together, rather than independently of one another. The goal is bettering the entire person, rather than just making you free from pain or disease as it relates to medical issues, and addresses the causes of specific problems rather than just treating symptoms.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
I've always lived this way but just recently realized it had a label.
a little about me
I'm wife to a handsome, highly creative, worker-bee husband. A homeschooling mother to four bright and spirited children. An avid reader and sometimes artist. An off and on again runner. I have a strong relationship with God and also with my close friends, whose value cannot be put into words.
What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
I'm the director for a classical model academic program called Classical Conversations of Fort Mill and my husband and I own a couple of other businesses as well, but I'm not looking to join this forum to sell anything!
