- What does "holistic" mean to you?
- Living more simply and closer to the earth.
- How long have you been interested in holistic living?
- While working on my Masters degree, I spent a summer living and working in the mountains of North Carolina teaching outdoor/environmental education. I lived out of what I could carry in a backpack or store in a small box. When I returned to the "real world" I was disgusted at myself...and began working towards living more simply and earth friendly.

- I am SAHM to 2 girls, passionate about the outdoors and the environment. I am working towards starting my own outdoor education business in the future. My favorite quote is "UNLESS someone like you cares a while awful lot, nothing's going to get better its not" from Dr Seuss The Lorax

Poison Ivy
Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
