Infant Food Introduction Schedule

Ran into a mother at Trader Joes and got into a discussion about food introduction for infants. I got a great list from my ND and wanted to share. I think it is really hard as a new Mom to know what is ok to feed an infant and when. Especially when thinks are in jars and advertised as great for children at certain ages when IMO, they aren't! Profile Information

What does "holistic" mean to you?
Living your life with a focus on a natural lifestyle.
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
Thought about it for a few years and really got started in May of 2008.
a little about me
Stay at home mother of twin girls. I met my husband of 8 years in college at the University of Minnesota. I'm originally from Massachusetts. I've lived in Minnesota, Florida, Rhode Island, and Maine. I was an officer in the Navy from 2000-2006. I'm a general contractor and I used to work in the home building industry.

I decided to change my lifestyle and eating habits after our little girls were born. I'm so glad that we are eating healthier and taking care of ourselves. I love how natural living is changing my life.
What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
General Contractor and NC Real Estate agent (currently inactive).

"Interesting. I do find info about Arnica as a poison ivy relief alternative. I hadn't heard of that. Homeopathic Apis helps for swelling, hives also. Pat"

So Maya Lynn decided to come Saturday afternon.After a long labor, but a REAL quick one push delivery she arrived Saturday September 12, 2009 at 5:09.She's 7lb. 11 oz. and 20 1/2" long.We came home Sunday afternoon and have all been doing really well.I will update with photos when I get time to download them.See More
