Pat, the garden together is a great idea! How did you start? where did you put the ad? I would like to start one here in Cornelius!
Unfortunatly I don't know of any of these places in the area yet. I will have to do some research for places. I haven't heard of any places we can have free like at Earth Fare. I have done a little searching for a naturopath but haven't found any in this area. The only place I can think of is possibly The Organic Market Place in Gastonia, but I don't know how much interest it will draw from the Huntersville and North area. (they have a little cafe also) I know there are people who have been in the area a lot longer then me and probably have more info then myself.
I know what you mean about the Pokemon! The first time Zach went he was really overwelmed by it. He ended up loosing track of his cards and we have no idea what he came home with. He just started getting the cards for his B-day at the end of July so it's all really new to him. Wow it is serious stuff!
Hey Pat, this is great, I had no idea you where doing this?? Should there be a North Charlotte sub-group? I'm not sure what I have to offer people up this way for info. I just set my RSVP for dinner. Yay something closer to me!
O-yah we did have fun at 521. The kids are loving it.
Hi Pat,
I was a member of HMN in Charlotte for the past year. I wasn't as involved as I wanted to be. We recently moved but I am so glad to be a member here. What a great idea! Thanks!
I am delighted too! So nice to hear from you again and have another forum for connection. I look forward to our next time together. Much joy - Christine
Hi Pat! Yes, we are! It is going really well so far (as opposed to last fall when i nearly lost my mind!). Anyway, thanks for this forum. It looks great!

"Interesting. I do find info about Arnica as a poison ivy relief alternative. I hadn't heard of that. Homeopathic Apis helps for swelling, hives also.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
