I usually have kombucha SCOBYs and may have water kefir, if it grows this time.

I would love to get a scoby from someone. We've been meaning to get one for months now and haven't yet.

Thanks.

Thanks to Pat we ‘re going to try our water kefir today…
I need to take some milk and water kefir grains. So I think the only way I can take it is if they are dried. I went online last night www.culturesforhealth only to find out that they don’t have available grains for milk kefir. So I was wondering if anyone could help me, do you know of any place I can find them locally? I’m flying Monday, so I’m short of time.
Or even better does anyone have dried water and milk kefir grains that could share with me? I'm trying (!!!) to dry me water kefir grains but don't have any milk grains. And I also don’t want to take the risk for first time…
thanks
I make Kombucha, milk kefir and sourdough (sort of!), so I have starters of all of those things most of the time.

(At the time of this posting, I don't have any extra Kombucha scobys, but I will again soon!)

I live in south charlotte near the arboretum. I'm happy to share my little "pets!"
Is there any way I could get some water kefir grains - mine died when we moved recently? I'd also like some milk kefir grains. We just started back half the family on raw dairy and need the probiotics. Also for the 2 non-dairy family members with the water kefir. We are in Fort Mill. Thanks!
Hi Jamie,

Joette

Poison Ivy

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch?  I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
