Exploring Holistic Alternatives

I'm toying with the idea of ordering some empty mixing bottles and creating a Bach Flower Remedy share type event? Basically, just provide access to the 38 different Bach Flower remedies, without having to purchase each of the remedies individually. The least expensive online source of remedies that I could find are at Vitacost.com They have the mixing bottles too.

We have about 20 of the remedies currently. And I'm not adverse to purchasing some of the ones I'm missing. But, the cost could add up. Maybe, if folks wanted to participate, we could decide which ones to order and have them available to the group. Or have a share fee per bottle and mix?

Anyway, we love our flower remedies. And apparently, one can order personal mixes for your family online from Feel Bach! http://feelbach.com/ But, wanted to see if others might be interested in making up a personal remedy batch together.

And/or, we could have Kaliana come and do a presentation about her flower essences. She sells the individual or combination remedies locally, I believe. Not sure if she does any personal mixes. http://www.kaliana.com/

Hmmm...a friend shared this link. And one can get a personal mix of five remedies for $10 plus shipping: http://www.fesflowers.com/fes-store/index.php?main_page=product_inf...

I am interested! (but you probably know this already :) )

And thanks for the link too.
What about Bach Remedies and Homeopathy??
I was told I can only use Rescue Remedy
OH wow - what an excellent price!!!

It cost me about $38 (if I remember right) to do this with Vitacost. Of course, I still have the rest of the individual but still - I would rather do this for $10.
Naomi says it is a no-no, because it 'distorts your picture'. When we use something 'suppressive' or 'enhancing' our moods, then we are not apt to report the 'symptom' and she can't consider it in her remedy prescribing.

I love my Bach Flower Remedies. :-)

So, in theory, don't use them. But, talk to her about your need for them.

Poison Ivy

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch?  I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
