I have a lot of books here at home about Bach Flowers (but all are in German :) ). And they usually suggest a maximum of 7 or 8 remedies…"
"You are welcome to whichever ones you need for making a mixture. I think the limit is 5 remedies, though. It is hard to choose just five. LOL But, I've always heard you can't mix more than that, I believe.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
