For adults only:
Rena Henson will be holding classes on making natural herbal products at the Char. Museum of History on 3500 Shamrock Dr. You have to register/pay in advance to attend. You can call the museum to register (closed Mon.) at 704-568-1774.
Sun, April 18, 2-4pm - Air Freshener and Bath Salts - $15 for non-members & $12 for members
Thurs, May 20 – 6:30-8pm - Massage oil and perfume oil - $18 for non-members & $15 for members
Sat, July 17 – 1-3pm - Herbal Tincture and tea making class - $18 for non-members & $15 for members
Rena Henson is a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and herbalist who has served families in the Charlotte and upstate SC areas since 2004. She has done extensive reading and research and attended various herbal education workshops and conferences. Rena is currently continuing her herbal education with The Science and Art of Herbalism study course. Rena will be the instructor for a number of herb-related classes offered at CMH.
