Our new semester is starting June 1st. Classes are offered at our office every Tues!
You can have to opportunity to come and learn in our fun, hands on environment, and get the knowledge you need to improve your quality of life!

S1-The Epidemic

Don’t be fooled by the name, this is NOT your basic nutrition class!
Nutrition 101 is the perfect class for learning exactly WHAT has become of our food industry. Shocking truths about ingredients we look past every day, and the effects they are having on our bodies. Come learn about hidden ingredients that are making
you HUNGRY! This is a fun interactive course, that will give you tools to take home (and to the grocery store) to help support the health of you and your family!

We are on location at the grocery store and will walk with you down the aisles to show you what products to buy and which ones to stay away from! You will leave with an easy reference shopping list to keep you prepared for success! Come enjoy samples of some of our favorite products and receive coupons to get you started!

You will walk out of the class with tons of great recipes, cooking ideas and meal plans to ensure success for you and your family! In this interactive class, participants bring samples of their favorite dishes! We will all openly share recipes and tips on living healthy as well testimonies on how this information has changed our lives!
