How about Brixx? Good cheap Italian. We could either meet at the one in Dillworth or the one in Blakeney. Or if one of the other locations work better for people that would be great. I am still not that familiar with Charlotte to know where everyone is located and what is more central. Nov. 11 @7:30.

I am germaphobic a few times a year. But I want Erik to have a "healthy exposure" to strengthen his immune system. Therefore, we avoid indoor play areas, doctor's offices and playgrounds at the height of the busy holiday germ season, just before school starts, right after everyone has gone on their "last vacation for the summer" and just after school starts in the fall; immediately after Thanksgiving, and immediately after the Christmas holidays until about February.
Yup! Polling places have a table for kids to vote. It's called "Kids Voting USA". They have special paper ballots with photos of the candidates (and names). They get a sticker that says "I voted" too Of course it doesn't count towards the real election but I think they will have results posted somewhere.
My kids were so excited to vote. I wanted them to be able to, but I didn't want to stand in a long, crowded line with 3 kids. That's why I brought them back separately.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
