What does "holistic" mean to you?
listening to the body and providing care that is natural based that works in harmony with how the body intrinsically works
How long have you been interested in holistic living?
5 years
a little about me
I am committed to providing families with the highest quality corrective and wellness chiropractic care available so that you can enjoy an active, healthy life. My mission is to check, adjust, and educate as many families as possible towards optimal health through natural chiropractic care. I will help you and your family reach your health and wellness goals.

With recently being pregnant and blessed with a healthy baby girl, I have experienced the full benefit of chiropractic care during the changes the body goes through for myself and my daughter and want to helps other expecting mothers and families benefit from my first hand knowledge and experience!

Life is a miracle and so are you. You and your family deserve to be healthy. When you were created, you were given all the blue-prints, intelligence, tools, and systems to live an active healthy life. Unfortunately, your health can be interfered with through accidents and challenges that cause a disruption to your health expression. Through your examination and through your lifetime involvement in chiropractic care, I will work to remove these interferences to your natural health expression so that you can live the quality of life you deserve.
What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
I am a Chiropractor at The Art of Living Center on East Blvd. in Dilworth. I utilizes the Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique which is based on an understanding of body mechanics and force as the key to addressing the presence of vertebral subluxations and structural misalignments. I use an analytical method which monitors the biomechanical feedback of the body to produce consistent changes using a light specific adjustment without the twisting or pulling usually associated with Chiropractic. The Activator instrument is a small hand-held mechanism that delivers a quick percussive, specific dynamic thrust. By restoring the normal motion of a spinal joint, proper communication of the nerves in that area are re-established, and the body can function more optimally. Chiropractic care is a great way to a long, healthy life for you and your family!

Poison Ivy

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch?  I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
