- It combines all aspects, body, mind, spirit, energy as it relates to the world that it currently occupies. There is no seperation, what we put out, toxic or nurturing, is what we will receive. In turn we must be as nurtuiring to ourselves and others as we are able to in that moment.

- Just a simple Massage Therapist hoping to help people find complimentary alternatives to their health and wellness regimes. I am an advocate of sustainable living and hope to share the few lessons that I am learned with others.
- What professional or business affiliations do you offer?
- I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and am currently affiliated with AMTA and the AHG. Soon I will be with the Society for Oncology Massage, an area that I would like to focus with my practice.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
