We should get our beefy boys together. Kodi is 3 weeks younger than Henry and he is 19 lbs. I thought he was big until I saw that Henry was 21 lbs!
I'm very impressed by your commitment to nutrition. Maybe you will inspire me to make more changes to my diet. We do eat mainly organic but we eat meat (it is local, organic and grass-fed). I would like to do more vegetarian or vegan meals but it's hard since my husband does not really enjoy them.
I would love suggestions or recipes for veggie meals that would appeal to a meat and potatoes type of guy.
