Event Description
Come meet like-minded mamas who are engaged with nourishing their families holistically. We have a monthly holistic topic, presentation and Q & A on the fourth Sunday of the month, 2-4pm at Earth Fare- Ballantyne.
We are going to do a demo and discussion on soaking and sprouting whole grains for raw and baking needs. Blender batter baking, soaking nuts, nut cheeses.
Hope you all will join us! (Children are welcome too. But, there isn't much for them to do.)

Soaking whole grains for baking, soaking grains for sprouts, soaking nuts, making blender batter, making nut cheese.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
