I'm trying to show the Mommies Network that a lot of people don't think that images of baby bottles are an appropriate symbol of motherhood. Your support is appreciated!
Glad to sign the petition! Glad to see this kind of effort being made. Our culture is loaded with images of bottles. Thanks for doing this. Every little step helps move us in a new direction.

They're still using Baby Bottles? Didn't they change it to ducks or something awhile ago? I haven't been an active member there for awhile, so I'm out of the loop.
As of Thursday, they were using baby bottles on the YorkCountyMommies site.
Due to the nature of the network, there is no easy way to tell what symbol they are using for each of their network sites. You'd have to join them individually, each time lying about where you live and having a new email for each site. The fact is, we might succeed at getting it changed, perhaps permanently, at a community level, but my feeling is that we should just shoot for the overarching network level, to rid every community of this bottle advertisement.
Plus, the one community that I know of that changed it away from the bottle, they stated that they could and would go back to the bottle occasionally, whenever they wanted. If you go back there, you may or may not see the bottle. It is up to the local admins.

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
