Hi! I am new to Charlotte and newly a SAHM to a ten-month-old girl. I have been looking for any kind of "mommy and me" or Itsy Bitsy yoga classes in the Charlotte area, and I seem to have hit dead ends as everything I find on Google is outdated. Any ideas? Thanks!
Yoga for Life Charlotte is starting a new "mommy & me" class on Tuesday, Sept. 14th at 9am and 10:30am which is FREE on the 14th. Actually, they are offering all the new classes during the week of Sept. 14 for FREE.
Yoga for Life is also having an open house on Sunday, Sept. 19th from noon - 8pm full of FREE classes to try.
I attended their pre-natal yoga class over the summer and am very happy with their studio, teachers, and events!
