How long have you been interested in holistic living?
My holistic journey started about 13 years ago when I became a vegetarian and focused on healthier eating. Since the birth of my first child about 7 years ago, I have been very interested in expanding our holistic journey to include all aspects of our life.
a little about me
I am a SAHM to 3 children I homeschool/unschool. They are 7, 5 and 4. We moved to the Charlotte area (Fort Mill) a little over a year ago.

Sounds good, we could do trailhead park at the front entrance to Tega Cay if you like?? We could bring scooters and/or bikes to ride the trail also, unless you have another park in mind? We could be there at 10:45-11 ish with lunch ready to play!

Yes, you can use fresh or canned (preservative-free) coconut water to make coconut water kefir. It is marvelous and soooo nutritious, especially fresh coconut has many beneficial enzymes. Coconut water is the same electrolyte balance as blood. And coconut water was used in WWII for IV infusions, even. It is ideal for GI distress also.

Just need a Mason jar, or any old two-pint jar with a lid. A few dates, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup sugar, non-chlorinated water to make water kefir. I'll bring instructions. It is easy though. Oh, a plastic strainer is helpful. I bought ours at Target.

Glad you can come!!

Hi there. I live in SW Charlotte, near Carowinds. I get the raw milk from LD Peeler (Milky Way farm) when he delivers to Ft. Mill, every other Wednesday. He delivers at the Narroway Theatre parking lot from 2:45-3:30p. Hope to see you tomorrow at MNO! -Erika
