How about Brixx? Good cheap Italian. We could either meet at the one in Dillworth or the one in Blakeney. Or if one of the other locations work better for people that would be great. I am still not that familiar with Charlotte to know where everyone is located and what is more central. Nov. 11 @7:30.

OK let's shoot for the fourth at 7:30 at the South Park location. Brixx - Charlotte, Foxcroft Village near Southpark
7814 Fairview Rd., Charlotte, NC 28226. Let me know if you can attend.
I'll be there.

Jenn
I'm putting it on the calendar and plan to be there.

Thanks!
~Anna
Not sure if I can make it. Scott needs to vote and he hasn't done it yet.

Pat
I will be there. I look forward to meeting everyone :)
I'll be there but I'll be late, arriving around 8:15-8:30.

Cara
Scott voted yesterday. So, I get to come Tuesday!!

Pat
I'm not going to make it tonight :(
Alex woke up at 3:30 throwing up and still everything is coming back up. He doesn't have a fever though. Just a stomach bug. THat's what I get for taking them to Discovery Place. LOL! A breeding place for germs. I haven't even gotten to vote. grumble. Sean doesn't usually get home until 7:00 so what to do?? sigh

See you all next time.

Jenn
Oh dear! That sounds like a lot all around. Many folks swear they get sick after going to Monkey Joe's and Discovery Place.

I think the polls close at 7pm.

Hope it all resolves quickly.

Pat
I sure hope he feels better real soon.
The polls close at 7:30. If you are in line by 7:30, they have to let you vote.

I voted this morning (9:45 am) in Mint Hill. Only 45 minutes from start to finish. Not too bad.

I went back to have my kids' vote around 12:15 and the line was even shorter. I decided to take them separately so we wouldn't have to all go through the torture of standing in line together! :)

Cara
I'm going to try to make it but I dread the after work line.

Stomach bugs usually end quick - 1 day - around here but I'm sure it will go around the family so it looks like a fun week.

I knew this would happen, especially with all the kids at DP when we went.

Jenn

Poison Ivy

Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch?  I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
