Homeschool Connections Workshop Sunday January 18
Reminder for this. And I plan to get there by 2 or 2:15pm in case anyone wants to come chat first. Sorry that I forgot to post it here.

Come join in a discussion on making those vital Homeschool Connections. This "round table" is especially good for those just starting their homeschool journey. It is also a nice midyear pick me up if your homeschool has got the blues. You could also suggest it to your friend who is considering homeschooling - the one who is letting the dreaded "S" keep her from making that final leap. [S being socialization of course]
These are very informal. I don't encourage bringing kids just because if everyone does, it gets loud. But do bring kids if that is the only way you can come and you need this. They are welcome to do a quiet activity next to you or in the corner of the room.

Just wanted to make it clear that you can come even if you are just thinking about homeschooling. Especially if the social aspect is one of your biggest concerns.

Poison Ivy
Does anyone have suggestions for relieving poison ivy itch? I'm new to holistic treatments, and hubby has a small case of what he thinks is poison ivy or oak on face and hands.
