ooh, I love a survey about things i care about! I am especially interested in:

I'm also VERY intersted in homeopathy and alternative healthcare for children, but unfortunately I missed the most recent presentations on those topics.
Wow! What a list! It is hard to choose! One thing not on there is crochet. I can do that and I would be happy to teach anyone that wants to learn. I would like to learn to kint.
Other things that I am interested in ....

Fermenting vegetables
Whole grain baking-pita bread, pizza dough, no knead bread
Learn to knit
Skill sharing (arts and crafts?)
Homeschooling panel Q&A
Sprouting seeds and nuts
Green Living
Raw milk
Raw foods

Of course they are all interesting, but these are the ones I'd like to learn more about:

I am easy to please...so many of these are of interest! I like the seed collection, heirloom seed swap and all the stuff related to probiotics for sure. These topics could keep me busy for years :)
And I like the Sunday afternoon meeting times. Missy
There are many interesting topics! I just wanted to say that if there is interest in a meeting/discussion on Elimination Communication, please let me know. I would love to be there and contribute.
